Thank you for shopping with Splash Paws! We appreciate your trust in us and are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.


Please read our Shipping Policy before placing your order.



Order Processing


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.


Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.


Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.



Shipping Time


Our estimated delivery time is:


6–15 business days


Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to factors outside of our control, including:


  • High shipping demand
  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Customs inspections (for international orders)
  • Holidays
  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances


We appreciate your patience if unexpected delays occur.



Tracking Your Order


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.



Incorrect Shipping Address


Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.


If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at splash.paws@gmail.com.


While we will do our best to update your address before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once your order has entered processing.


Splash Paws is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.



Lost or Stolen Packages


Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, Splash Paws is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.


If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:


  • Checking around your property.
  • Asking neighbors or household members.
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly.



Shipping Delays


Although we work closely with our shipping partners, delays may occur that are beyond our control.


Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.



Damaged Orders


If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label


Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution if your claim is approved.



International Shipping


We ship to many countries worldwide.


International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their local government.


Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and your location.
