At Splash Paws, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.


By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.



All Sales Are Final


All purchases made through Splash Paws are final.


We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:


  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong color
  • Accidental purchases
  • No longer wanting the product
  • Buying the item elsewhere
  • Personal preference after receiving the order
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing


Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.



Returns


We do not accept returns unless the item you received is:


  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective due to a manufacturing issue
  • Incorrect (you received the wrong product)


Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.



Refund Eligibility


Refunds will only be considered if:


  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • You receive the incorrect item.


If your request is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:


  • A replacement item
  • A store credit
  • A full refund


Refunds are not guaranteed until our team has reviewed the claim.



Reporting a Problem


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of:
    • The product
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label
    • Any visible damage


Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in your claim being denied.



Late Claims


Claims submitted more than 48 hours after the package has been marked as delivered may not be eligible for review.


We encourage customers to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery.



Lost or Stolen Packages


Once an order has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, Splash Paws is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.


If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend:


  • Checking around your property.
  • Asking neighbors or household members.
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly.


Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered.



Incorrect Shipping Address


Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.


If an incorrect address is entered during checkout and the order has already shipped, we are unable to refund or replace the order.


If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee address changes once processing has begun.



Refused or Unclaimed Packages


If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned because it was unclaimed, no refund will be issued.


Additional shipping fees may apply if you request the package to be shipped again.



Order Cancellations


Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.


Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has been submitted.


If your order has already entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.



Shipping Delays


Estimated shipping times are provided as guidelines only.


Shipping delays caused by:


  • Customs
  • Weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • High order volumes
  • Other events outside our control


do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.



Chargebacks


If a chargeback is filed without first contacting Splash Paws to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to provide all relevant order information, delivery confirmation, customer communication, and tracking details to the payment provider.
